Win 10 blocked by parental controls

Posting for a frind cant work out whats wring nyslef.

Start button is not working at all (not a huge issue atm)

Trying to run certain run commands its getting a pop up says operation is blocked by parental controls?

User is the only account and an admin.

what build of windows 10 are you running?

try updating to the latest version if not already on it

if that fails try and do a OS refresh (not reset) and see if that helps

10074, cant get into settings but tried using the run command for windows update but comes up with the parental controls block

If your admin shouldn't be getting that error. Haven't played with win 10 parental controls seems like it will be something I disabled instantly.

Yeh he doesnt use them at all and is admin it happened after a patch lol. Will report back later if that fix works.
