Found out the hard way trying to copy a few files over my LAN it takes forever & stays @ 0%. KB4535996 is the cause MS are saying they are not aware of any issues with this update but many people have reported this & their QA is recently terrible so do what I did & uninstall until they re-issue!
Win 10 - KB4535996- PSA: Uninstall as it breaks NAS or LAN file copying!
