First off, I don't have the issue where all the the memory goes.

After boot up I have 3-3.3gb used out of 4gb. I do not run a lot of stuff (that I know about) at start up. I read that sys requirements for win 10 are 2gb.

I'm running into problems where I have game in one monitor and chrome in another and I start to get low memory warnings. This never happened whilst I was on win 7...

Is my usage normal? If not could someone help diagnose?

You have anti-virus and some Cisco WebEx gobbling almost 600MB of RAM.

How many browser tabs are open?

you might want to check paging file size and increase it for win 10, have not looked up formula that is used but it seemed to have gone from 8GB->2GB win7 -> win10 for me

Running W10 Home (in case it matters) at a clean boot, without opening anything beyond the startup stuff I'm at 1.9GB, with the browser I'm using now (5 tabs inc. this) I'm at 2.3GB.

That said, I basically have a week old clean system, drivers and needed software only.

Might be worth a refresh/reinstall depending on how much work that would be versus researching, disabling and/or uninstalling things that you don't need or even actually use.
