Win 10 Multiple Monitors - Icons shifting around

Hi folks,

Every time I turn off my 3 monitors and turn them back on again the icons become shifted around and messed up across the monitors. Any ideas how to lock or prevent this?

Latest Win 10 Pro, up to date, latest Nvidia drivers at a GTX 970.

Use desktop OK
