Win 10 oem

quick question about the windows 10 oem on ocuk

I'm looking to do a custom build and need an OS. If i install this and ever change components, will win10 be ok?

I've heard some people say that if I change components and do clean installs it won't accept the key or work?

It only effects the key if you change the motherboard but since last year you have the ability to move your licenses around as long as you log into your Microsoft Account and link the oem key.
