Win 10 very buggy

My system has been switched off for at least 10 days whilst putting together a new WC loop. After switching back on yesterday, I must've had at least 15 blue screen errors ranging from SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
& CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

I booted into safe mode and tried sfc/scannow and it crashed out the first 3 times but did eventually scan with no errors. I also used easeus partition master to see of any errors on my ssd but came back clear.

After all that I updated the gfx driver and seems to be ok but the system is still very buggy. Certain software won't open like chrome and internet explorer and also CUE isn't recognising any of my peripherals, even after a remove and reinstall.

Just wondering if there's anyway I can explore these problems further or would a complete reinstall of windows be better. I did try refreshing the system but it crashed half way through and somehow put my system into an overclock which failed on reboot and told me to press F1 to run setup.

I'm not a fan of W10, but in this instance I think you might be a bit quick to blame it if it was running fine before you put the loop together.

If it crashed through a rebuild, I'd definitely be looking at a clean slate reinstall with BIOS defaults to rule out any hardware failure. If it's stable after reinstall, then reapply your overclock and configuration tweaks.

I'd run memtest as well, I did something similar a few years back. Replaced a component in my machine and must have knocked or killed a stick of RAM, was getting crashes BSOD etc. ran a mem test and one of the sticks was faulty.
