Win 11 has been out a while now. Those who have upgraded from 10, is it any better or worse ?. Did the upgrade from 10 go well ? (not fresh installs). Rumor has it that it's better for the new processors (better thread scheduler or something) but not heard anything else

Upgraded fine on 3 of ours at home, no real issues although as per previous versions there are additional things that annoy me, changes to the UI which seem unnecessary.
However I can't fault how stable it's been.

Honestly I dont' have that many installed mostly office etc.

Only one I think I had to reinstall was an older version of photoshop elements but tbh that's OLD!

No issues at all with a 5800x system. Upgraded and besides looking a bit different here and there, it's basically the same thing. Win 10 was working fine but I just thought why not with the inevitable end in 2025.

It has some nice window arrangement features, that's all I can think of that makes it different from Win 10. If building new it's a no-brainer, if you're upgrading an older system I'd say it was worth it if you plan on running it for a while just because of better ongoing support.

windows 11 keeps moving things 'settings' around from week to week which is annoying and random tasks have extra sets added for no reason
