Win 2000 reinstall, Firefox and IE show no icons

No icons inside web sites, in IE just red crosses in boxes. User name and password not remembered, no pictures for click on buttons, just text. Was working fine before a full format and reinstall with fresh software. Old Asus A7N8X board, video drivers that came with board loaded, full access to all resolutions, everything else seems OK. Any ideas guys please, I am a relative newbie to PC's. Thanks

Have you done a full windows and IE update?

Checked that security and other settings in your browser arnt set to high?

You should also check online and update the mobo/video drivers as a matter of course.
