win 32 error / trojan?

I was doing my weekly adaware scan, and I got this ( check screen) I tried to remove it, but if wouldn't remove at all. other scanners haven't even detected it. How do I remove this? and is it dangerous to not remove it?

if you need more info just ask, I will copy paste all the info on it I can get.

edit: I use ; advanced windows care, lavasoft adaware, spybot, AVG and CCLEANER.

ditch avg

use nod32 or kaspersky

try the avg antispyware program, it used to be 'ewido', it's really good

have you emptied all your temp files and ie cache ?
