What issues would I encounter ( Hardware / Software ) moving from Win Vista 32bit to Win 7 64Bit OS

no idea as you havent said what you setup is or any software your using
look on these forums there are lots of posts about it.
but i`d say if you setup is newish and same goes for sofware , there will be none
i been using 64 bit since march 07 and not had any real problems so i`d never go back to 32bit
