Win 7 64 ethernet driver?

My Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R board comes with ethernet drivers only for vista and the website drivers for win7 64 dont work as my net connection still gives the yellow exclamation mark, the same connection works fine on this laptop.

Anyone know what I can do?

find out what chipset it is, go to the manufacturer of the network card and get their driver

The default Win7 RTM drivers work fine on my UD5.

The driver available from Windows Update causes this same problem on my board.

I don't install the Realtek Gigabit drivers off Windows Update as they are dated 2008....The latest 2009 ones are on Realtek's website.
