WIn 7/8 / SBS 2011 / IE10

Hi

On this page http://www.grouppolicy.biz/2013/03/...rnet-explorer-10-group-policy-with-windows-7/ it says that I can edit IE10 GPOs either using a SBS2012 (which we don't have, we have SBS2011) or using a Win 8 machine.

I can add a Win 8 desktop to the domain but how would I then edit the server GPO for IE10 from it?

you'll need to install the remote management tools.

Update the AD Schema

(though you will need a 2012 server disk to run adprep from)

Finally got around to doing this. Adding a W8 client to the domain and installign RSAT on it allows me to set IE10 GPOs.
