Hi I just made the leap to windows 7 (love it!) but one thing is giving me trouble. When using XP i could quite happily run a game on my main monitor and have full screen video on my 2nd extended monitor but for some reason when i full screen the video with Win 7 it bugs and does show up.

Any ideas anyone? Is there some sort of multi-monitor performance option somewhere?

Also how can i get a wallpaper to stretch across both monitors? Does Ultramon work with Win7?

I had the same problem with using one monitor full screen watching movies/playing games.

And yes, this was solved with the new version of UltraMon. It's only a beta release at the moment but iv had no problems with it. It also adds the new look win7 toolbar to the extra montors and has the stretched wallpaper option aswell.

Hope that helps.

i'm at work at the moment so can't really look or try it, but does the Ultramon Beta for win 7 cost anything or is it a freebie?

thanks for the info

Just to clarify I meant to say 'dual monitors' not 'one monitor' in my last post, and that its version 3.0.7 Beta im refering to.

As far as its cost, im not to sure. When I downloaded it I just paped in the serial I had from the previous version and it work fine. However, it being a beta version there is a great possibilty that it will be free to use, and that I may have to pay a small fee to upgrade it to the final version. Its not that clear on the website.

All things said, I cant recommend it enough.
