Win 7 Antispyware 2011 - HELPP!

I have a virus on my pc... Win 7 Antispyware 2011
I keep getting the below popups and keep getting scan results etc..

System danger!
System Hijack!
Privacy threat!
Stealth intrusion!

Ive tried to google this but i cant seem to get rid of this!

Any help appreciated

I am running Win 7 OS. i Have tried malware bytes which found nothing. i couldnt get avast to run :/

Is there anything else i can do?

Malwarebytes is good for removing the fake AV spyware too.

My son had this on his pc. All I did was system restore to last known point.
Then run Malwarebytes and anti virus to be sure all traces are gone.

If you can't run something because of it, and the program can't run in safe mode. You can always just make another account. Strangely it only seems to affect one account rather than all of them. Last time I helped a friend with this malwarebytes found it but didn't totally remove it. MSE removed it up I had to make a new account to run it as it will not run in safe mode.

This and make sure you run it in safemode.

Download malwarebytes and rkill.

Run rkill (this will stop the program and takes seconds), then run Malwarebytes.

If you are lucky, once rkill finds the .exe, you can just delete it.

I've found a few times now, you can just find the exe quite easily via safe mode and delete it. Running MLB after to make sure but didn't find anything after any way. They seem to be contained within just one exe compared to a 'normal' virus.
