Win 7 Beta to Full version

Hi all, I'm currently running the Windows 7 beta (version 7100) on my main PC but will be replacing that with a paid for version of professional after Xmas well before the date where the machine will start shutting itself down.

The thing I want to know is will I be able to keep all my installed programs and settings or will it be a fresh install time when I get my retail copy?

Think its a fresh install you will be looking at.

You cannot upgrade I'm afraid from beta, only fresh install in your situation.

Cheers guys, not the end of the world but a little bit of a pain in the arse.

I could use it as a good opportunity to install a SSD though
