Win 7 License Key Retrieval?

I was given a copy of Windows 7 that my mother in law bought via download and had the key emailed to her - I've since then managed to delete the email with the key.

I remember using a program once to recover a customers license key when they needed a reinstall of their OEM software but I can't remember what that software was...

Any takers?
