Win 7 & Logitech mouse sensitivity

When certain programs open like Steam my mouse sensitivity increases which is starting to get really annoying. I have the latest Logitech drivers and my updates are up-to-date etc.

Any ideas?

It isn't that, it seems to jump up a setting when Steam is opened.
