win 7 really delayed

got my new setup all sorted but seems quite slow and groggy only way i can describe it! spec as follows

asus h81m-e (latest bios)

core i3 4130 haswell

4gb ddr3 hyper x fury ram

operating system on 7200 barracuda hdd its connected to the 6gb/s sata port could that be the problem? seems as if my q6600 was a lot faster with windows 7 plus when i turn intel virtulization on system hangs at windows load screen and i have to restart computer

Yeah try connecting the hdd to one of the other pair of sata ports first and report back

if you persist to have the problem and are running Avast antivirus there is a problem with 1 of the settings in in there that makes systems run really bad

if you running it please let me know and i will let you know how to get it sorted

yes lol that is on the cards very soon will be going for a kingston 840 128 gb think thats the size they come in
