win 7 themes?

hi folks,

i'm a bit ill of the windows 7 interface, i like windows 8, but my computer cant support as it is lower resolution 1200x600, and the windows 8 transformation pack and ux also need a bigger screen( the start menu doesnt work well)

my specs
some motherboard(its a laptop)
intel atom n270
1gb ram( yes you readed well)
windows 7

i buyed this laptop for 50 euros, it came with windows xp and office 2007 lifetime, making a bargain( thats why i buyed from the school), also pre-installed with linux

requirements:

• it should look futuristic
• it must not contain rainmeter as it slow
• it should not slow down the laptop a lot
