Win 7RC and game resolution not filling screen?

Only installed Win 7 RC today and have found if I run a game at a lower resolution than Windows desktop, then suffer black borders. Have tried Dead Space and Fallout 3.

With Vista I can run any resolution available in game and it will fill the screen.

Desktop res 1680x1050, using ATI driver 9.6 and a Dell SP2008WFP. Monitor OSD settings not made a difference.

Any Win 7 setting I've over looked?

Open CCC and go to your monitor's attributes, Set Image Scaling to "Scale image to full panel size".

Thanks, didn't notice that.

On Vista Image Scaling is usable, but Win 7 it is all greyed out.

Yeah, it's greyed out on win 7 for me as well.

I think it might be because the drivers or OS are still in development.
