Works fine here, I installed the bootloader on the disk with Linux on it and set that to first in your boot order. GRUB then gives me the option to chainload Windows which is on the second disk.
If you have the option in your computers BIOS to disable EFI booting and/or secure boot, do that. I've not had personal experience with EFI secure boot.
