Parents computers playing up, first time since October.
I have no idea what or why, going round there's on way to work latter to have a look any ideas?
It's running win8
First of all it wouldn't log into their normal account live iD, but would log into the admin account.
After a restart it logged in to their normal account. But it came up with something along the lines off browser unplugged/unpinned do you want to reinstall ie or Firefox.
They restart it again with out doing anything else, logged in fine browser worked, but came up with something along the lines of
Unable to connect to group policy client p, which they just clicked canclled and it seem to be working.
These sound like odd requests, especially the browser one. Anyone have any ideas what going on, it doesn't even really make sense if its a virus.
