I have just got a windows 8 laptop and I need help as I am totally lost with the OS.

1. How do I get to the control panel?
2. How do I get Internet Explorer to run on metro as I have unpinned it and I want it back
3. How do I search for things?
4. How do I disable network sharing?
5. And what is the best tool to get the standard start menu bar back?
6. Can you change the start screen background to your own image?
