Win 8 Pro upgrade tried to machine?

I guys,

Bought the Win 8 Pro upgrade that I used to upgrade from Windows 7. Gone back to windows 7 and want to sell the Windows 8 upgrade. Is it tied to my account at all or can I sell it on?

My googlefu is weak and I cannot find an answer for this. I presume it's not tied to hardware as it's the retail one?

Surely once you've uninstalled it, you can do whatever you like with it?

You can do what you want, as long as its only installed on one machine at a time.
