win 8 product key not recognised

Hi I have just reistalled win 8.0 but wheen i enter the product key it wont recognise it. Any help please.

I would try installing it with the "placeholder key" (probably found elsewhere on the site), then activating it with the own key.

Got it working. I googled the problem and found a regedit/cmd tutorial that worked just fine. Rebooted and it took my origonal update key.
