Win 8 - Running a program at startup

How can I make a program, specifically msi afterburner, run at startup without me having to log in as administrator to authorize it?

Can't you use msconfig to do it?

Just put it in the startup folder.

Winkey + R -> shell:Startup and copy a shortcut into the folder.

Edit - unsure if this works without admin permissions sorry.

nope doesn't work, have to log in to make it work under a regular user, will try scheduling, thanks any way
