Can I ask why the competition is only open to UK residents (bar the obvious answer of the company being Overclockers UK)? Is it some sort of legal thing or just a decision by the company itself?

I wondered the same, I put the questions in and then my answer A,B or C below and the actual answer that is. Hope that doesn't get mine ignored
