Win Server 2008 Datacenter Licencing

Can anyone explain to me how the licencing works? It says 2 users, so say if I had 600 users would I need to have a copy of this for every user? I'm confused! :confused:

AFAIK Datacenter is licensed per Processor then with CALs. Not sure where "It says 2 users" so i can't comment on that.

So 600 users (unless we are talking about anonymous connections) on a 2 processor machine would mean you need to purchase 2 processor licenses and 600 cals.

fair enough, anyone know where I can get pricing? I'm a uni student doing a project not a terible system admin so dont tease me about my silly questions
