Win XP send to option problem when copying AVI files to DVD writer

I am trying to copy some AVI files to a DVD-R by using the Win XP send to (DVD RW) option in Windows Explorer but I am getting an error message saying that Windows has a problem with the AVI files.

I tried to use various files and I always get the same error message. Any has an idea why I am getting this error?

could use imgburn in build mode to write the files to dvd

i've never used the xp built in thingy

yup, and you can run it as a standalone exe (its desinged as a cdimage burner, so doesn't have things like multisession support)

if you're after a bigger packager (with multisession), then infra recorder is a good alternative
