win10 auto login not working

i had my pc so that when i start it up it auto logs me in. the weird thing is now for the last 5/6 months it tries to auto login me but with a different username and it fails.

my user has the full name of john blackman, but it tries signing in jblackm

i have to then select john blackman and sign in.

when i go to the user accounts window to set the auto login, it only shows my 1 account not 2 as the login screen shows.

any ideas what's happenend and how i solve it

You've (or it's) related your device to a microsoft account. You need to hit Win+X > Comp Management > Local Users and Groups > Users and list who is in there.
