Win10 - Case power button off not working.

Hi guys, ive been running W10 since it was available after the 29th and the power button to turn off was actually working till today, but now its not doing anything at all.
It will turn the machine on but when in windows it wont shutdown if i tap the button or even hold it in - ive checked the power profiles and switch to high performance and looked at the case button section and its set to switch off, im totally lost as to why this happened, and im interested to know if anyone else has had this?

Z77X-D3H board and Windows 10 with all drivers installed.

Strange how it doesn't switch off when held down. Checked the BIOS settings?

Yea i reset bios to default just incase something had changed, but that hasnt sorted it either, im very confused as it has always worked till now and i cant think of any reason for it at all.
