Win32 problem.

Above is a error I get when trying to view a remote CCTV server, I type in the http://(ip address) and I get the activeX pop up asking if I want to install the software, I ok this warning and it starts to download for say 10 secs then I get that msg above.

I have no problem with my laptop and my main pc getting this download to install and work, but I cant get it to work on the home pc of the person that owns the CCTV setup, he wants to be-able to view he's company from home.

Anyone know a fix?

Goto the manufacturer's website and download the software and install it?

I did look for the remote software, but they don't have it listed.

AVerDVR NV7000 16 cameras in all.

goto here and download the software - http://remote.aver.com/ . It doesn't seem to work in FireFox though. Click on the buttons on the right to download the various software.
