Hi all,

I've put a fresh install of windows 7 on a new 1TB hdd. I've then plugged in my previous 2 hdd as slaves to transfer stuff across and delete all the rubbish they have acquired over the years.

Problem is I keep running in to issues with permissions, especially with trying to delete stuff in the old TEMP folder. Sometimes I can take permission and access it but other times I get told I need permission from the administrator. I always use the administrator account so I have no idea what to do?!

Can you access the files fine? If you need permission to access certain folders just take over as administrator within the security tab. Then just format the drive after you have backed up the files. No point deleting folderswhen you can just backup the files you need and then format the drive.
