Win7 CD key Question

Hey there!

Does anyone know if a win7 home premium n/kn cdkey will work with non n/kn cd/installs?


I understand the only difference between the versions is the missing media player which can be downloaded from MS for free, so I imagine it should work, but I need to know before I try! D:

What you trying to ask, do you mean will a cd key from one version, work with a different version? (Home cd key for professional). If so, then no.
 
They're both home premium, not going to try and install ultimate etc.

They cost the same amount and since you can get the different options for free via MS download, they might aswell work for both? o.O

My guess is that it would work, but after some googling I can't find a definitive answer, so it remains just that (a guess).

If I were you, I'd get a copy of the 'N' HP ISO from here, so you have a fallback if it all goes pear-shaped. :)
