anyone come across a gadget which shows the current clock speed but also can show the overclocked (and if applicable turbo boost'd) speed correctly?

i'm currently using the (buggy) intel turbo boost monitor v1 gadget as that shows the boost speed, but it doesn't show the current clock speed correctly, it just displays my rated speed until it clocks up.

on the other hand, "all cpu meter" shows the opposite of this.

so i have to have both gadgets running which i'd like to avoid if possible. i dont want to have a program running, would rather have a gadget if one is about.

i looked at coretemp but a) that requires a program to be run but b) it can only be run with a user that has admin privileges so i can even automate that as i run with a standard user account.

ended up using a gadget made by orbmu2k or something thereabouts, shows the correct clocked, downclocked and turbo boosted speeds without a UAC prompt.
