I installed Win7 Professional in April and now i have a DirectX issue and have to do a fresh install.

Which i normally do every 6 months anyway.

However...

I don't have a copy of my Win7 key, which was provided by my University from MSDNAA.

However when i go onto my Order History, im getting no results, which i have downloaded a 32bit and 64bit of Win7 Professional from them.

Is there anyway i can manually find my Win7 Key on my pc? Control Panel or something?

Would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

Can't you just order a new key?

I think MSDNAA recently got revamped and all previous orders were wiped. You'll need to re-order.

Also, SP1 integrated isos are now available. So yeah, login and try to order again.

Neither of them work.

Keyfinder gives me - BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB

and Produkey gives me - "Profile key not found"

:/ Think ill leave it and get a new key when i get my pc later this year.

Run as admin? Don't know if it makes a difference but can't hurt to try

Yes, no work.

Guess i might order a new key, as i might be right thinking the 32bit key will work with 64bit Win7 install?

I use msdnaa too, you will need to just make another order. The key should get emailed to.you a long with the order confirmation.

I think its best just to get another key from MSDNAA, seems they have wiped wiped my history, which i could only access my key from their site, as they don't send via email for security reasons.

As for Thundy, apologies if they posted items not suitable for the forums. :)

On my behalf anyway, they can apologise themselves.
