Win7 student Upgrade, Activate 2nd time ?

Ok I Have win7 64bit dvd (not SP1) & key
It is a student upgrade version

I'v been working to try and get a perfect build so I can make an image to keep safe,,
To cut a few corners I used a download version from digital river as it included SP1.
Installed & Activated ok,, But things have not went well :mad: (long story)
I would really like to start again with a fresh install...BUT

As its an upgrade version, will it activate ok the 2nd time round ?

Yes, but it may request you to activate over the phone this time; Just follow the instructions and you should be OK.
