win7 svchost using 25% cpu constantly

So i bought a new pc from dell for an employee recently but in task manager one of the svchost.exe is using 25% cpu constantly and i can't figure out whats going on!
Its running win7 pro.

i've scanned for viruses and malware and all was fine (avast/spybot/malwarebytes)
I checked the services linked to the exe and they are:
appinfo
BITS
Eaphost
gpsve
ikeext
iphlpsvc
lanman-server
profsvc
schedule
sens
shellhwdetection
themes
winmgmt
wuauserv

anything look suspicious to anyone?

looked at the file location and its a proper one in the system32 directory.

Are all Windows Updates installed?

This will be Windows Update scanning.

Run WU, leave it on overnight, should settle.

i thought they were, its new but not that new!
