Win7 task bar bug

Not really that important just thought I see if anyone else has this problem I have.
Basically if you unlock the task bar and move it around you get this big thick bar that appears around the task bar and it wont dissapear till you place it back at the bottom.

Not that I ever move the task bar anyway but its definitely not right. On the plus side this OS is great ive had no problems at all

O well, I never put the task bar up the top anyway. They never edited the bar properly so it reverses etc so it looks naff.
