I have windows 7 on my machine and the days are counting down since I havn't bought a serial key yet and I need to reformat.
Would I be able to purchase this product, burn it to disc and reformat my system and have a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Keep in mind that I am already using the same version, just not sure if it will work so checking here before I buy.

I'm also a Student so I can purchase from this site.

I'm going to reformat it anyway, just wanted to make sure if an upgrade product could preform a clean install and if it can be done on the same operating system. Since it says need XP or Vista on the system, was just making sure. Thanks.

Hey mate, let me know how you get along with this one as I'm looking to do the same as you from the exact same website.
I've noticed at the bottom of the upgrade edition that it won't let you do a clean install, does that mean if I have Vista 32 I won't be able to go to Windows 7 64?
