Good evening chaps,
Im having soo much trouble trying to get the streaming to Xbox360 working with windows7, something that can be done in litterally 10 seconds in xp and vista is not working in Windows7 and ive been trying for about 20 mins each nite for the past 2 weeks
Google is leading me nowhere, with hundreds of people having the same problem.
The problem is, my xbox360 will not recognize the windows 7 pc, when i search for pc's it will find all the other devices, all the other pc's / laptops ect.
Ive read that disabling homegroup can fix the problem, but ive tried that and still no joy.
Media Player will recognise the Xbox is on the network, but thats all, nothing else can be done.
The Router is setup correctly, with the appropriate ports forwarded ect.
has anyone else been having this problem? all i use my Pc for is WoW, Winword and streaming files to the 360.
Back to Xp soon me thinks.
