Win7 - Various Issues

Hey there, would really appreciate some advice from you guys,

Just moved house and my PC was working fine before, now it's playing up a lot.

Main issues; PC seems to either take ages to shutdown/restart or just get stuck on either the 'logging out' or 'shutting down' screens.

I tried a system restore which said it failed. Got to hook my PC up to the router today and thought I'd give it another go, that one failed but claimed the last one actually worked.

Steam and itunes are both screwing around massively. At best itunes will play one and a half songs before it crashes, after taking ten or more minutes to start up. Steam keeps hanging on startup and if interacted with, crashes. If I wait for it to get past that then it will crash later.

I'm using a small SSD for Win7 and 2 raided (0) SSD's for software. I am thinking that Perhaps one of these are playing up, perhaps got knocked in transit (although I took pretty decent care of the computer during the move, it should really be fine)? I'm considering doing a completely fresh install but my new place has terrible internet, it would literally take weeks to reinstall all my software and games.

I've read elsewhere that it could be a driver issue. Either way I am struggling to work out what is actually causing my problems. Any help would be truly appreciated!

Did that, opened it up and noticed most of the HDD's had fallen out of their slots(flimsy screwless system) dusted it, turned it on and some wires were catching fans and it failed to start; freed the wires and tried again, it failed to start again, I had cut some plastic off the fanguard for my CPU cooler as it was in the way of my RAMs cooling grills which was allowing the fan to contact the RAM stuff , so I rotate that and then it finally booted up, now it's working fine, not sure which thing sorted out the issues but so far it seems to be running as good as it was before!

Thanks for the advice theheyes, I'm surprised it was so effective, nothing seemed too out of place, apart from the HDD's, and my mechanical ones are only for data, so being a bit sideways shouldn't bother a SSd surely!
