Hi All,

Last month I picked up a whole new PC from OCUK and loaded on Win7 (RC), However I am still to play a DX10 game on it.

3dMark Vantage and CoH both come up with a "ATI Device Removed" error (atleast it doesnt just crash I guess). I have had this problem with 9.7-9.9 cats.

Does anyone know anything else I can test it with? Or have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Side note: I do have XP duel booted, but of course cant test dx10 :(

Spec of PC:
*OVERCLOCKED* AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz @ 3.60GHz / Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P Motherboard / OCZ Platinum AMD Edition 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600C7 Bundle

XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 XTX XXX Edition 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (Includes Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X.)

OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w Silent SLI Ready Modular Power Supply

Thanks for the replay hohum, Just tried updating + reboot with no joy :(

Update2: Tried setting everything but shaders to Ultra in Company of Heroes and its fine also.

Funny enough the 3dMark Vantage crashes on "creating shaders" too!

I suspect is shader related somehow then :)
