Win7 x64, HDD activity?

Seems like I have a lot at times, I have no background activities set up. What could be making the drive so active?

I think it is indexing that causes this but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Last time i had it win7 was running the backup i told it o do monthly and promptly forgot i'd set
Its the start of the month, so could you have same backup process set?
