I'm not sure if this has been mentioned here (couldn't find anything using the search function), but it's a couple of small tools for modifying or deleting the ei.cfg file in a Windows 7 installation ISO, allowing any edition to be installed from any disc, or the creation of a "universal" disc if required.
Obviously you can do the same thing with an ISO editor, but this is free, incredibly easy and almost instantaneous as it just patches the file without having to rebuild the ISO in its entirety. I've tested it a few times, and the SHA-1 hashes match correctly in each case.
