Winamp - Using keyboard media controls

I've just downloaded Winamp and I'm just wondering if it is possible to use media controls on my keyboard such as play, next track etc to control Winamp. It worked on windows media player very well but want to get it to work on Winamp. Any ideas?

What keyboard have you got, as there is a plugin for winamp that supports logitech keyboards.

Go to the Preferences, then Global Hotkeys.

What I've been doing for ages. Works without any special drivers or anything.

depends what keyboard ya got i think m8, i have got a G15 and the global hotkeys didn't want to work with the media keys but the you can find plugins with ease to solve most issues of this nature

Cheers guys, it's a Dell keyboard and the global hotkeys worked for me.
