So many people on this site use these words to decribe memory, but can some one explain what they mean in simple English please.

I have some OCZ EL DDR PC-5000 / 625MHz / Enhanced Latency Platinum Edition / DFI nF4 Special / Dual Channel memory. What does this relate to with my memory if I was using these BH5, BH6, TCCD words

TIA :)

Put simply its the type of the chips on the RAM as far as I know. Different chips are better for certain things... low voltages, high speed, tight timings. Sure someone who knows more about this sort of stuff will be along in a bit to elaborate further:)

They are all just different RAM chips. Remember that companies like Mushkin don't make the chips. They buy them from the chip manufacturer and add them to their own modules.

Hi could someone please tell me what chips are in the 2x1gb crucial ballistix? as i need to know what bios will be best for my dfi sli-d.
thanks in advance :)

I believe that Crucial make their own chips for their memory, they don't "buy in" as such! Crucial is owned by Micron, so the Ballistix have a Micron chip.

That is as far as my knowledge goes, I'm sure someone can add to that! :)
