Wind Filter missing ? Photoshop CS2.

I can't remember when I lasted used the Wind filter in Photoshop but now I want to it's not there.

Have checked in the installed folders and even reinstaled the program , but no wind filter.

Does anyone know where i can download a replacement or alternative ?

I've Googled , but to no avail.

Any Help ?
