Window 10 doesnt shutdown

When I use the shutdown option on the start menu windows just goes into a standby mode, and is not shutting down properly. When I select shutdown from the start menu when it "shutdown" it fires back to the login screen for windows.

The only way I can get windows to shut down properly is to run command and use the below command.

Google does not show any real answer for fixing it. Any ideas anybody? :confused:

Disable hibernation. Admin command prompt:

powercfg -h off

Should be doing the hibernation off on SSD right as it uses some space on the os drive ?
