window boots up in 5 sec

It will not matter if usb is not working from withing windows as long as it doesnt have anything hardware wise wrong with it (which would be amazing if it did)
If you cannot get usb to work properly then reset your bios then try again, you should have no problem booting to a usb image of windows.

Er well thats got nowt to do with windows.
You need to hold down a key to enter it when the machine is just switched on, like f1 or f10 or something - depends on your bios.
You could also use the jumper reset on the MB.

Alternative option, within Windows, go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Advanced start-up. There will be an option to boot into the UEFI/BIOS from there.

hi got win10 trouble is it boots up so quick i cant go into bios or cd dive please help tia

Usually, repeatedly hitting Esc, immediately after pressing the power button - will get you into the BIOS; providing that's the key for it (I mainly work with HPs!). If that doesn't work, Google your device to find the BIOS interrupt key (might be F1 or F10?) and try the process again.

5 seconds is actually quite slow (im 3ish on a z8750 and 8400). Spam f2 or f12 or del, whatever the right key is

3 seconds on a cold boot? I doubt that. You've also got fast boot enabled which isn't a cold boot. IT takes a few seconds for the BIOS to init as it is on machines from actual cold. Then Windows takes a few twirls at the loading screen which is a couple of seconds. .

Yes, i sneakily didnt count the initial bios, but technically windows takes a few seconds so i didnt lie ;)

You did because you "sneakily" didn't count POST :p A cold boot is counted from the moment the power button is pressed.

By that measure all of us on a decent SSD have a computer that boots in mere seconds lol.

My Asrock doesn't take long for the BIOS to initialise and I don't have fast boot enabled in the bios nor Windows. 3 is reasonable.

Though, I'd love to see the day it all happens in 1 second.

I'd like to see a video of a Windows 10 machine that isn't a fresh install or purely used for one specific task like gaming, media or surfing etc boot in 3 seconds. I've used, bought and owned some very fast spec machines and nothing has yet booted to the desktop in under 5 seconds from cold. A quick look on youtube shows the fastest boot times people are showing is around 8 seconds, those are machines with really quick OEM logo screens during POST etc too. One guy has under 5 seconds after various "optimisations" and of course the fast boot modes enabled on his Lenovo Yoga and says he could get even lower if he disabled various system drivers but then the laptop wouldn't be fully functional...
